  The processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of an employment contract, providing the recruitment services you registered for, and, in other cases, for the legitimate interests pursued by Nordsabroad Recruitment and its clients in evaluating your suitability for a specific role.

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails and job alerts by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive such emails from us. Additionally, you can adjust the frequency of job alerts in your personal dashboard on our website.

  With Whom Will We Share Your Information?

  Clients

  Nordsabroad Recruitment employees will not share your CV or any personal details for any purpose other than to support your job search. As we provide recruitment services to international companies, we may share candidate details with clients when we identify a strong match for a role. However, we will always seek your consent before submitting your information to a specific company.

  Third-Party Service Providers

  We may share your personal data with third-party service providers that support our operations. For instance, we may provide your email address to marketing service providers for research purposes or to distribute newsletters. All third-party providers must comply with data protection laws, and we establish data processing agreements to ensure your information is handled securely and responsibly.

  How long do we retain your information?

  If you personally register, apply for a job, or sign up for job alerts via our website
  The information we collect from you will be stored for up to two years after your registration unless you have been involved in a recruitment process. In that case, we will retain your information for two years following our last communication with you.

  Before the end of this two-year period, we will reach out via email to ask if you would like us to continue storing your personal data. If we do not receive your consent within four weeks, we will remove your information from our systems..If we are legally required to collect a copy of your ID or passport, we will delete it no later than four weeks after collection.

  References will be kept until the recruitment process for the specific vacancy is completed.

  Personal data used for job recommendation emails and marketing communications is retained until the recipient chooses to unsubscribe.

  For business contacts, general contact details are kept until the individual requests their data to be erased. For current customers, suppliers, and business partners, personal data is stored until our contract ends or until we are no longer required to retain it for legal purposes, such as the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
